Pricing questions
What counts as an active employee?▾
An active employee is anyone added to your Leavely workspace who is not archived. You're only billed for active employees each month.
Can I cancel at any time?▾
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no penalties or fees.
Is there a minimum number of employees?▾
No minimum. Whether you have 2 employees or 200, the price is the same — £8 per user per month.
Do you offer annual billing?▾
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Currently all plans are billed monthly for maximum flexibility.
What happens after the free trial?▾
After 14 days, you'll be asked to subscribe to continue using Leavely. Your data is preserved — nothing is lost. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only.
