How much does Leavely cost?
Leavely Standard is £8 per active person per month for the complete core toolkit. Ultra is £10 and adds manager-approved shift cover. Both are billed monthly on a 12-month term, with no setup fee, and the free trial needs no payment card. The 12-month term applies to new customers who sign up from 23 September 2026; existing customers keep their current terms. Eligible organisations can receive discounted Standard pricing.
What makes HR software affordable?
Affordability is the total operating cost, not only the subscription. Include setup, add-ons, internal administration, training, contract length, renewal changes and the cost of extracting your data.
Is a spreadsheet always cheaper?
A spreadsheet has little or no additional software cost, but it still needs administration, access controls, reconciliation and a decision trail. It can be economical for a very small team with simple rules; test the full process rather than assuming either model is cheaper.
